How payment works

All payments go through Stripe — the same payment platform used by Klarna, Spotify, and thousands of other businesses.

1. The guest books a service or selects a package
2. Their card is charged immediately — no reminders, no invoicing
3. You see the payment in EquiDuty’s finance view in real time
4. The money arrives in your account on Stripe’s payout schedule (typically 2-3 business days)

For packages, the amount is charged on the first of each month. The guest can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — all handled in the app without any effort from you.

What the guest sees

When your guest opens EquiDuty, they see:

• Their bookings — upcoming and past
