Delete account
This page is for users who can no longer sign in to their EquiDuty account. If you can sign in, the fastest path is to delete from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
Request account deletion
Fill in the form below. We will send a verification link to your email address — click the link to confirm the request.

If the email matches an account or pending request, we'll send a verification link shortly. The link is valid for 24 hours.
What we need from you
- The email address linked to your account
- Stable name (if you were a member of a stable)
- Any additional information that helps us identify the account
What happens next
- You'll receive a verification link by email within a few minutes — click it to confirm your request.
- We action verified requests within 5 business days.
- Once verified, your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days per GDPR Article 17.
- Some records may be retained longer if Swedish law requires it — for example, financial records that must be kept for 7 years under the bookkeeping act.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile and sign-in credentials
- Personal settings and preferences
- Photos, notes and other content you have uploaded
- Horse data you solely own. Horses shared with other users may be retained by those other owners.
