Subscription and Payment
This guide explains how EquiDuty’s subscription model works — what plans are available, what they include, and how to manage your billing.
Subscription Tiers
Starter – 0 SEK/month
- Up to 5 horses, 3 users, 1 stable, and 2 routine templates
- Horse profiles, health records, and vaccination tracking
- Facility booking and activities
- Limited history (90 days)
Essentials – 99 SEK/month
- Up to 15 horses, 10 users, 5 routine templates, and 3 schedules
- Everything in Starter, plus:
- Scheduling and routine templates
- Fair task distribution and shift management
- Support access
- Full history
Stable – 299 SEK/month
- Up to 40 horses, 25 users, 3 stables, and 15 templates
- Everything in Essentials, plus:
- Analytics and reporting
- Selection process, location history, and photo evidence
- Inventory management
- Advanced permissions
Stable Plus – 599 SEK/month
- Up to 100 horses, 50 users, 3 stables, unlimited templates and schedules
- Everything in Stable, plus:
- Lessons module (riding school)
- Staff matrix
- Integrations
- Feed statistics
- Invoicing included
Organization – 999 SEK/month
- Unlimited horses, users, and stables
- Everything in Stable Plus, plus:
- Leave management
- Manure management
- Client portal included
14-Day Free Trial
Essentials and Stable plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you don’t upgrade before the trial ends, the account automatically reverts to the Starter plan — all your data is preserved.
Annual Subscription
Pay for a full year upfront and save 17% compared to monthly billing:

Upgrading or Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select the desired plan
- Enter your payment details (Stripe handles payments securely)
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged proportionally for the remaining period.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You keep all features until then.

Payment Methods
- Card payment — Visa, Mastercard, and Amex via Stripe (all plans)
- Invoice — Available for Organization plans with at least a 12-month commitment
What Happens When You Downgrade?
If your stable exceeds the new plan’s limits (e.g., more than 5 horses when downgrading to Starter), you can’t add more horses or users. Existing data is not deleted — you’ll see a warning and be prompted to upgrade again.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Confirm the cancellation
Your access remains until the end of the billing period. After that, the account is downgraded to the Starter plan. All your data can be exported for 30 days after the paid account ends via Settings → Export Data.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when my trial ends?
The account reverts to the Starter plan automatically. You’ll see a banner prompting you to upgrade. No data is deleted.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, at any time. Go to Settings → Subscription → Change Billing Period. The difference is credited toward your next payment.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Data remains available for 30 days after cancellation and can be exported as CSV or PDF. After that, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.
