When you charge through EquiDuty, a small fee is added to automate payments, invoicing, and accounting workflows. If you do not use the flow, there is no extra charge.

What happens when we reach the transaction cap?
Once your stable hits the monthly transaction-fee cap, EquiDuty stops charging its platform fee for the rest of that month. You only pay Stripe's standard fee, and your subscription is never affected.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, with no extra fees.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial, billing is monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time before the next renewal.
What counts as a transaction?
Every payment collected via Stripe (bookings, lesson fees, boarding invoices) and every invoice EquiDuty sends on your behalf. See the full breakdown on the transaction pricing page.
